About the Role
As a Hybrid Substance Use Counselor, you will lead group therapy sessions, manage a caseload, and collaborate with other team members to provide holistic clinical support. Your responsibilities will include documenting member progress, engaging in community relations, and coordinating treatment decisions as part of a dedicated treatment team.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- An active IN behavioral health license or certification.
- Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting.
- High comfort level with technology including EMR and telehealth software.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in mental health, social work, or substance use disorder treatment.
- Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week.
