About the Role
As a Hyperscaler Business Operations Manager, you will be the strategic business operations partner for hyperscaler sales leaders, owning pipeline and forecast management, ensuring data hygiene, and supporting new rep onboarding. You will collaborate with various cross-functional teams, manage deal exceptions, and drive execution of annual planning activities while establishing efficient forecast processes and best practices.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years experience in a software sales organization, supporting field reps and territories.
- Strong experience managing pipeline and forecasts.
- Strong understanding of the hyperscaler marketplace sales motion.
- Proficiency with sales systems: CRM, Anaplan, Varicent.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
Preferred:
- Experience navigating evolving landscapes and shifting business priorities.
- Detail orientation coupled with a solutions-focused approach under tight deadlines.
