As a Comprehensive Retirement Planning Specialist, you will meet with clients to understand their concerns and plans, explain available benefits and investments, educate clients on solutions and risks, recommend tailored solutions from a portfolio of over 200 options, maintain client relationships, and ensure detailed record-keeping for client safety. You will also work collaboratively with a back office support team.
About You
Required:
- Minimum education is a High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong empathy and listening skills.
- Above average communication skills.

- A teachable spirit and thirst to learn.
- The ability to quickly establish rapport and build connections.
