About the Role
As the IAM Lead: PAM Director, you will be responsible for providing elegant solutions that adhere to Zero-Trust principles while ensuring a frictionless experience for end users. Your tasks will include designing end-to-end PAM architecture, integrating PAM tools into hybrid/cloud infrastructure, and automating PAM workflows. You will also partner with various teams to enforce privilege identity policies and mentor team members on PAM best practices.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in identity and access management, with a focus on PAM.
- Strong understanding of identity management protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML).
- Deep expertise in CyberArk and Delinea.
- Proficient with Microsoft Entra PIM, Azure RBAC, and Entra ID roles.
- Strong scripting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certification – CISSP, cloud or other Security related.
- CyberArk experience/training/certification.
