Summary
ICD Portal is seeking an ICD Sales Operations Associate to join their team in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The role involves supporting the sales organization by improving efficiency and ensuring alignment between sales processes and business objectives.
About the Role
As an ICD Sales Operations Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate data in Salesforce, generating and distributing sales reports, providing internal support for sales documentation, and assisting with planning and analysis of local sales events. You will also recommend improvements for sales processes and collaborate with various departments to create and send important client reports.
About You
Required:
- BA or BS degree
- 2+ years’ experience in sales support, operations or administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel
Preferred:
- Experience with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Proficiency in Power BI
- Ability to analyze data and ensure report accuracy
