Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of increasingly responsible experience in Parks and Recreation administration and/or facility management.
- Knowledge of Ice Arena operations.
- Time management and customer service skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in facility management and contract administration.
- Strong budgeting skills.
- Attention to detail.
