Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Identity Access and Federation Architect to join their team in Arlington, VA. The role involves designing, deploying, and supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems to secure user identities and manage access to critical assets.
About the Role
As an Identity Access and Federation Architect, you will be responsible for interfacing with stakeholders and engineering teams to analyze the identity lifecycle, articulate access requirements, and define enterprise identity records. You will implement enterprise-class solutions for identity verification and credential management, including single sign-on and privileged access systems, while contributing to the zero trust security model.
About You
Required:
5+ years of experience designing and deploying Identity and Access Management systems.
Experience with IAM protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC.
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
HS diploma or GED.
Ability to obtain a Security+ Certification within 9 months of start date.
Preferred:
Experience with PingFederate or Okta for identity federation and SSO.
Knowledge of system, network, application, and security architectures.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technologists and leaders across the enterprise.
