Summary
The Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce is seeking an IGNITE Entrepreneurship Intern to support the implementation of the Fall 2025 TechCelerator and FoodCelerator cohorts in Scranton, PA. This role provides an immersive learning experience for students interested in entrepreneurship and economic development.
About the Role
As an IGNITE Entrepreneurship Intern, you will engage with program participants, assist in data tracking and storytelling, and collaborate with the IGNITE team to enhance marketing and outreach initiatives. Your responsibilities will include attending weekly sessions, developing business profiles, collecting and analyzing data, conducting client needs assessments, researching best practices, and supporting marketing efforts.
About You
Required:
- Interest in entrepreneurship, small business, or economic development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Canva or similar tools.
- Ability to attend evening sessions and work independently.
