Northeast Family Services is seeking an IHBS Therapist for a 4-day work week in Dartmouth, MA. The role involves providing structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions in clients' homes to support youth with behavioral needs.
About the Role
As an IHBS Therapist, you will work with children, youth, and families to enhance mental wellness through therapeutic interventions. You will support caregivers in understanding their children's behavioral patterns and improve communication. The position offers flexibility with full-time or fee-for-service hours and includes supervision for independent licensure for newly licensed clinicians.
About You
Required:
Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education, or a related CBHI approved degree program.
Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting.
Preferred:
Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders.
Experience with children on the autism spectrum.
Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish.
