About the Role
As an IL Clinic Nurse, you will be responsible for performing annual assessments, maintaining medical records, providing nursing support, and collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for residents. You will also participate in care conferences, document care needs, and promote independence among residents.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Experience in Home Health Care and Geriatrics.
Preferred:
- Skilled Nursing, Hospital/acute care experience.
- Current LPN or RN licensure.
