About the Role

As an Immediate Access to Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for conducting face-to-face or telehealth intake screenings, responding to assessment assignments, administering biopsychosocial assessments, and completing all necessary intake paperwork. You will also coordinate the admission process with the Retention Specialist and communicate with staff and referral sources as needed. The position requires a minimum of 40 hours of work per week with specific scheduling requirements.
