About the Role

As an Immediate Care Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient patient flow, maintaining clean and safe patient care areas, and promoting patient satisfaction through professional interactions. Your daily tasks will include obtaining vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, assisting with medical procedures, and managing administrative functions related to patient care.

About You

Required:

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Written proof of eligibility for certification exams (AAMA, AMT, NCCT, NHA, NRCMA).
Certification required upon hire (CMA, RMA, NCMA, CCMA, NRCMA, or EMT certification).
Basic Life Support certification.
Strong computer skills.

Preferred:

Experience with electronic medical records.
College degree or interest in the healthcare field.
One to two years of ambulatory care experience.
