About You
Required:
- Experience in handling Immigration Court hearings.
- Proficiency in handling asylum applications and related legal matters.
- Strong understanding of legal issues associated with removal proceedings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM degree from an accredited law school.
Preferred:
- Admission to the state bar of New York.
- Experience in the field of immigration law.
