About the Role
As an Immigration Project Analyst, you will be responsible for managing high-volume dockets and workflows for nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters. Your tasks will include performing audits of open matters, preparing monthly case reports, developing processes for tracking critical dates, and ensuring compliance with immigration regulations. You will also support consular processing and global mobility matters, contribute to process improvements, and work closely with attorneys and clients to deliver best-in-class service.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years of substantive U.S. business immigration experience in a law firm or corporate immigration setting.
- Demonstrated expertise preparing H-1B, L-1, TN, E-1/E-2, O-1, PERM, I-140, and I-485 filings.
Preferred:
- Consular processing experience.
- Proficiency with immigration case management platforms and standard productivity tools.
- Fluency in Spanish.
