About You
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 6 years of experience working in a high-volume corporate immigration environment.
- Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma concepts.
- JD or Master’s degree in a related field (such as HR, MBA).
- 8-10 years of overall experience in a law firm or in-house with significant volume of work.
- Successful record of building and improving operational business processes.
- Experience identifying and resolving complex issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
