About the Role
About You
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree or Paralegal qualification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in immigration processing.
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential documentation.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels of management.
- Basic MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with various visa types such as H-1B, L-1, PERM, I-140, I-485.
- Knowledge of immigration policies and procedures.
