About You
- Typically Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Typically two or more years of related experience.
- Some knowledge of tax credit investment management with experience interpreting legal documentation and requirements.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly motivated, able to work independently, and possesses acute attention to detail.
- Some knowledge of LIHTC, RTC and/or NMTC preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficient Microsoft Excel skills.
