About the Role
As an Implementation Consultant II, you will be responsible for managing client onboarding, providing project oversight, and delivering training on ICE products. Your daily tasks will include collaborating with sales and technical teams, adapting training content to client needs, and ensuring successful platform launches. You will also contribute to documentation and respond to client inquiries during the onboarding process.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 4 years Sales/Marketing automation support experience.
- Experience in implementing and onboarding customers to new software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Expertise with Surefire and/or Velocify products or platforms.
- Knowledge of ICE systems, products, and procedures.
- Understanding of mortgage, banking, and financial services industries.
