About the Role
As an Implementation Consultant, you will work closely with FoodChain ID's customers, primarily in the food and beverage sector, to help them leverage technology for improved business processes. Your responsibilities will include ensuring successful project delivery, managing project activities, identifying client goals, and providing functional support. You will also be expected to develop best practices, enhance service offerings, and stay updated on industry trends.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's or graduate degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Food Sciences.
- At least 3 years of IT consulting experience in a professional services firm.
- Outstanding general consulting skills including effective report writing and stakeholder engagement.
Preferred:
- Experience in the manufacturing or retail industries.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Software, Enterprise Architecture, Agile Software Development, and Digital Technologies.
- Experience in process manufacturing.
