About the Role
As an Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for leading the implementation process, developing actionable plans for provider relationships, driving collaboration with service line consultants, coordinating provider-facing progress, setting implementation timelines, demonstrating product knowledge, and ensuring exceptional customer experience.
About You
Required:
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 5 or more years of relevant experience required, preferably in clinical, healthcare operations, or healthcare business environments.
- Demonstrated success in project management within healthcare or provider account management.
- Advanced analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from onboarding to long-term engagement.
- Experience leveraging databases and data tools to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Willingness to travel.
