About the Role
As an Implementation Manager, you will work closely with customers to oversee project success, manage resources, track progress, and communicate with stakeholders. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and assist in maintaining project timelines. Your responsibilities will also include gathering customer feedback, supporting project escalation processes, and participating in post go-live activities.
About You
Required:
- 2-4 years of experience in implementation, project management, or customer-facing delivery roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with managing customer projects and/or working within cross-functional implementation teams.
Preferred:
- Interest in construction, real estate, or adjacent industries.
- A collaborative team member who thrives in environments with clearly defined goals and processes.
