As an Implementation Project Manager (Engagement Manager), you will execute a global delivery model, coordinate resources, define deliverables, track project performance, escalate issues, and ensure project documentation is organized. You will lead teams to achieve successful project completion and build strong stakeholder relationships.
About You
Required:
- At least five years’ experience in a Project Manager/Engagement Manager role, ideally with enterprise cloud software and complex integrations.
- Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Experience with project management practices and tools.
Preferred:
- A fundamental understanding of cloud software delivery and associated integrations.
- Experience in the legal, financial, or professional services sectors.
