Summary
MBO Partners is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to join their team remotely. The role involves leading client program implementations and driving operational excellence to enhance efficiency and deliver measurable value.
About the Role
As an Implementation Project Manager at MBO, you will manage client program implementations from discovery to closure, create project plans, partner with internal teams to deliver solutions, drive client onboarding, and lead change management efforts. You will also track deliverables and communicate project milestones to stakeholders.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in a relevant industry with strong Account and Project Management skills.
- Proven success leading complex, cross-functional implementations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in a customer-focused environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and project management tools.
Preferred:
- Experience with contingent labor programs, Managed Service Providers (MSP), and Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
- Knowledge of HR law and federal/state wage laws.
- Understanding of the staffing and consulting industries.
- Professional certifications (PMP, CCWP, PHR).
