As an Implementation Project Manager, you will be responsible for implementing Operations – Asset & Ticket Management applications, including mobile solutions, scheduling tools, and open APIs. You will work with members/customers to effectively implement the applications, manage project timelines, communicate project expectations, and configure the application. You will also analyze data from the member/customer's current system to ensure proper conversion into the NISC software.

5+ years Telecom/Broadband experience
Strong knowledge of Excel and other MS Office products
Strong customer orientation
