About You
- Must be 18 years or older to work in residential adult programs and at least 21 years old for child foster care homes.
- Minimum of three years’ experience working with individuals with challenging behaviors.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Current auto liability insurance.
- Good communication skills for documentation and collaboration.
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
- Experience in mental health support.
