About the Role
As an In-Home Caregiver / Home Health Aide, you will connect one-on-one with older adults using a person-centered approach. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily personal needs such as meal preparation, housekeeping, errands, and providing transportation and companionship. You will also offer medication reminders and support with personal care, ensuring that every individual is treated with dignity and respect.
About You
Required:
- Past experience in caregiving with older adults and seniors is required.
- Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand the English language.
- Must be able to fully assist residents with transfers.
Preferred:
- Active Illinois CNA certification is preferred but not required.
- Valid Driver's license preferred to transport clients using client car.
