About the Role
As an In Home Caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and laundry. You will also provide medication reminders, encourage client independence, document care services, participate in team meetings, and contribute to client care plans.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
- 1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
- Have a working phone.
- Able and willing to commute from client home to client home.
