About the Role
As a Pre-Licensed Therapist, you will deliver assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing individual counseling to support clients’ mental health needs, transitions, and permanency goals. You will work directly with children and youth in foster homes and office settings while also providing education, guidance, and support to foster families. This position offers meaningful clinical supervision to support licensure, professional growth, and skill development.
About You
Required:
- Master’s Degree in a Human Services field (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field).
- Experience providing services to children, youth, and families in a treatment setting.
- Valid State Driver’s License and active automobile insurance.
- Ability to obtain an Illinois Driver’s License within thirty (30) days of hire if relocating from out of state.
