About the Role
As an In-Home Registered Behavior Technician, you will work 1:1 with children in their natural environment, implementing therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA. Your responsibilities include tracking progress, celebrating breakthroughs, and maintaining communication with families. You will receive guidance from BCBAs and have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with families.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
Preferred:
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Patience and dependability in working with children.
