Northeast Family Services is seeking an In-Home Therapist for a 4-day work week in Norwood, MA. The role involves providing structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions in clients' homes to address youth behavioral needs.
About the Role
As an In-Home Therapist, you will work with children, youth, and families, delivering mental health services in a home or community setting. You will be responsible for enhancing the mental wellness of clients through consistent therapeutic interventions. The position offers flexibility with full-time or fee-for-service hours and includes supervision for independent licensure for newly licensed clinicians.
About You
Required:
Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education, or a related CBHI approved degree program.
Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting.
Valid driver’s license with reliable access to a vehicle.
Preferred:
Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders.
Experience with children on the autism spectrum.
