About the Role
As an In-House Commercial Litigation Paralegal, you will be responsible for trial preparation, preparing objections and responses to discovery requests, reviewing contract proposals, and managing corporate records. You will interact with various departments to ensure compliance with legal policies and practices, and interface with outside counsel on litigation and corporate matters.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of paralegal or similar experience with a top-tier law firm and/or in-house.
- Ability to draft legal correspondence including cease-and-desist letters and termination of contract letters.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a union environment.
- Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and contract management software.
