As an In-House Counsel, Investigations, you will oversee discovery and fact-gathering for various litigation matters, assist with regulatory inquiries and investigations, develop processes for handling electronically stored information, provide guidance on litigation risks, and support litigation strategy through analysis of discovery materials.
About You
Required:
- Licensed attorney with 6+ years of litigation experience, including experience managing discovery and conducting investigations.
- Strong knowledge of discovery and e-discovery practices in federal and state litigation.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and outside counsel.
