About the Role
As an In School Career Navigator, you will lead recruitment efforts at assigned Baltimore City High Schools, track and report on recruited high school seniors, and provide career readiness and exploration opportunities. Your responsibilities will include counseling, assessment, and facilitating workshops to prepare students for post-graduation paths.
About You
Required:
- Associate of Arts or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- 2-4 years of experience in leading human services initiatives focused on young adults.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in workforce development or youth services.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and social media.
- Ability to work in a non-traditional atmosphere.
