About You
Required:
- 1+ years of experience in sales, whether in retail, hospitality, or other industries.
- Proven ability to meet quotas, metrics, and goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Desire for a long-term career within the insurance industry.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Direct sales skills and the aptitude to influence customers and close sales.
- Ability to adapt communication style to each phone call.
