About the Role
As an Independent Field Auto Appraiser, you will be responsible for reviewing assignments, inspecting vehicles, and providing accurate repair estimates to clients. You will handle assignments independently, maintain knowledge of local repair procedures, and ensure high standards of customer service. The position requires 100% travel within the designated working territory and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
About You
Required:
- 1+ years field claims experience including auto claims.
- Electronic estimating experience using platforms such as Mitchell, CCC, or Audatex.
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and adaptability.
- Reliable transportation and a valid state driver's license.
Preferred:
- I-CAR Certification.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
