Summary
Clarvida is seeking an Independent Living Coordinator for Juniata County to work with children, youth, and families in conjunction with Children & Youth Services.
About the Role
As an Independent Living Coordinator, you will initiate and maintain contact with youth referred through CYS, conduct assessments, develop Independent Living Goal plans, and review these plans quarterly. You will also schedule and complete group activities, prepare required documentation, and provide court testimony as needed.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field; OR
- Bachelor's Degree in an unrelated field with a minimum of 12 credits in a Human Services related course; i.e. psychology, sociology, counseling etc.
- Associate's Degree in a related field with 2 years of experience working with families and/or children.
- A valid Pennsylvania Driver's license with a good driving record.
