Summary
EY is seeking an Indirect Property Tax Manager to join their team, with the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in the country. The role involves applying tax knowledge to complex property tax issues and supporting client engagements.
About the Role
As an Indirect Property Tax Manager, you will coordinate day-to-day interactions with clients, review staff work products, drive service delivery to meet deadlines, and manage engagement economics. You will also keep up to date on trends and legislation affecting clients, while developing internal team members.
About You
Required:
- A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant property tax consulting experience or equivalent experience in business or industry.
- CPA or JD.
- Broad exposure to state and local taxation.
- Excellent managerial, organizational, analytical and verbal/written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed, and working in a balanced hybrid environment.
Preferred:
- A proven record in a professional services environment.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring junior colleagues.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
