About the Role
As an Individual Program Coordinator (Safety), you will serve as a liaison for clients, assess their current and prior status, and determine necessary changes through the IDT process. You will work closely with the Unit Supervisor to monitor services implemented for each client, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and effective communication among team members.
About You
Required:
- A valid degree or transcripts as proof of meeting educational requirements.
- Experience in a clinical or supportive role with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of the Individual Program Plan (IPP) process.
- Experience working with interdisciplinary teams in a healthcare or social services setting.

California Department of Developmental Services
The California Department of Developmental Services is the agency through which the State of California provides services and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. These disabilities include intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, autism and related conditions. Services are provided through state-operated developmental centers and community facilities, and contracts with 21 nonprofit regional centers. The regional centers serve as a local resource to help find and access the services and supports available to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
