About the Role
As an Individualized Home Support Specialist (IHSS), you will offer one-on-one support tailored to the unique interests and needs of each client. Your responsibilities will include engaging in outdoor activities, creative projects, community engagement, daily living support, fitness and wellness activities, and providing technology assistance. The role offers flexible hours, primarily in the afternoons and evenings, allowing for a balance with other commitments.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 18 Years or Older
- Valid Driver’s License, Reliable Vehicle, and Auto Insurance
- Ability to Pass Background Checks
