- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or other Engineering discipline.
- 5 years of relevant professional experience with Bachelor's degree or 3 years with Master's degree.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
- Strong process improvement and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge and training in Time/Motion study principles.
