As an Industrial Engineer, you will work on a team responsible for work measurement, cost analysis, capacity requirements planning, capital project management, and process improvement. Your responsibilities will include supporting cross-functional improvement efforts, performing data analysis, conducting time studies, and applying Lean and Six-Sigma practices to enhance production efficiency.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant years of work experience.
- Experience with supporting a production/manufacturing environment.
Preferred:
- Experience developing, monitoring, and reporting metrics related to cost and schedule performance.
- Experience with forecasts, production schedules, and/or resource load staffing plans.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing software.
