About the Role
As an Industrial Engineer, you will conduct time and motion studies, identify and implement process improvements, design effective production layouts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop training instructions and standard operating procedures, utilize statistical methods for data analysis, and assist in planning new production lines or facility upgrades. You will also monitor key performance indicators and collaborate with management to develop strategic plans for process optimization.
About You
Required:
- BS in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university or college.
- A minimum of one year in an engineering role.
Preferred:
- Experience with lean six-sigma principles and methodologies.
