About the Role
As an Industrial Engineering Intern, you will assist in analyzing and improving production and assembly processes, developing Lean Manufacturing initiatives, collecting and interpreting data to identify bottlenecks, and supporting capacity planning and resource allocation for critical projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and prepare reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
About You
Required:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Lean principles, process mapping, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools; experience with CAD or simulation software is a plus.
