About the Role
As an Industrial Engineer, you will monitor and improve daily quality and efficiency, design and procure tooling and equipment, coordinate layout changes, prepare time estimates, reduce changeover time, ensure preventive maintenance compliance, and analyze workforce utilization and costs. You will also follow safety regulations and perform other assigned duties.
About You
Required:
- Understanding of industrial engineering tools such as work measurement, process mapping, and layout design.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to implement continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Visio, Project, and AutoCAD.
