About the Role
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment. Your duties will include responding to calls for assistance, monitoring equipment performance, conducting safety audits, documenting work orders, and collaborating with other departments to identify improvement opportunities.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- A two (2) year technical degree, or equivalent work experience.
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in equipment maintenance.
Preferred:
- Critical thinking skills for reactive, planned, and scheduled maintenance tasks.
- Background in industrial mechanical and/or electrical manufacturing operations.
- Experience with installation, start-up, and maintenance of complex processing and packaging lines.
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems.
