About the Role
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining equipment, performing electronic inspections, controlling downtime, conducting failure analysis, and executing electrical and electronic troubleshooting on industrial equipment. You will also coordinate maintenance plans with production supervisors and participate in creating preventive maintenance schedules.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 5 years of experience as an industrial electrician, particularly with low voltage controls and 3-phase systems in an industrial setting.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with PLCs and industrial control systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication competencies.
Preferred:
- Associated degree in Industrial Electrical and/or Mechanical Technology or related field preferred or equivalent vocational/technical training and experience.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and CAD.
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations.
- Self-starter, able to work with minimum supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
