Jobot is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their growing manufacturing organization in Whitewater, WI. The role involves maintaining and improving state-of-the-art industrial equipment.
About the Role
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will conduct routine inspections, troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment, implement Lockout/Tagout procedures, collaborate with engineering for upgrades, document maintenance activities, train team members, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
Required:
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician in the Industrial Manufacturing industry.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and follow LOTO procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex industrial equipment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train others.
- A strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in a physically demanding environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with PLC is a plus.
- Experience working with rubber machinery is highly desirable.
- A degree or diploma in a relevant field would be an added advantage.
