About the Role
As an Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychologist, you will lead and execute applied research studies focused on enhancing Air Force and Space Force personnel selection and training systems. Your responsibilities will include providing technical supervision to junior team members, conducting statistical analyses using R or Python, and producing technical reports and presentations. You will also develop and validate assessments, conduct literature reviews, and present research findings at conferences.
About You
Required:
- PhD in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology or a related technical discipline and 2 years of relevant experience, or Master's and 4 years of related experience.
- Expertise in assessment development, personnel selection, and psychometrics.
- Proficiency in R or Python and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
- Experience with Classical Test Theory (CTT) and Item Response Theory (IRT) analyses.
- Ability to lead projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
