About You
- Bachelor’s degree in CPG or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in business analysis roles supporting CPG clients.
- Strong understanding of data & analytics lifecycle and ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions.
- Experience contributing to pre-sales deliverables and solution design workshops.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and familiarity with modern data platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- MBA, MPH, or a relevant master’s degree.
- Business analysis or pre-sales certifications.
- Experience with CRM/MCM tools and data models.
- Familiarity with cloud ecosystems and agile delivery methods.
