About the Role
As an Infant Teacher, you will prioritize the safety and emotional well-being of children, plan and implement age-appropriate curricula, conduct child assessments, and collaborate with co-teachers to create a nurturing classroom environment. You will also serve as a positive role model and utilize constructive behavior management techniques.
About You
Required:
- EEC certification.
- At least 21 years old.
- Ability to become First Aid and CPR certified within the first six months of employment.
- Completion of Child Abuse Prevention Training, Blood Born Pathogen Training, and Sexual Harassment Training within the first 60 days of employment.
Preferred:
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong human relations skills.
- Experience working with children in an educational setting.
